Recently I did this piece for Reykjavík Grapevine. It's a split interview so to speak focusing on Iceland's only punk label. The Paradísarborgarplötur (aka PBP) label related questions were mostly answered by Fannar Örn (of every punk/hardcore band in Iceland) and Þórir Georg (of PBP and every punk/hardcore band in Iceland) got the obvious task of answering questions regarding himself and his newest album "Afsakið." In hindsight I should have asked both of them what is up with their fantastic Death Metal Supersquad (do CPR that shit soon) and even yapped about Ofvitarnir who are arguably the most buzzed about of all the PBP affiliated artists aside from Þórir himself perhaps.
Follow Grapevine on Facebook and Twitter. It is solid stuff. On their website you can enjoy the magazine via cool flash, pdf's, download and what not. Couple of weeks ago they featured this in-depth chat with Björk. So yeah, you might wanna bookmark this lot.
