WORSHIP - Book of Beasts

Whoah. I had a feeling I would be into this the minute I saw the psychedelic logo, but Worship surpassed my expectations. This is riff heavy hardcore of the finest order.
Think the heavy riffage of Coalesce and the first two Baroness EPs, the unrelenting intensity of Cursed, and the overall mix (especially the buried vocals) a slightly psychedelic feeling that almost reminds me of Electric Wizard.

The guys in Worship were nice enough to make Book Of Beasts a free download, which you can get here: www.worshipcult.bandcamp.com

My only complaint with this is there are only three songs, but I know these dudes have a bright future ahead of them and I could totally see Southern Lord or A389 working with them in the future. Looking forward to more material from Worship.
