The Icelandic black metal scene grows stronger by the day and is, as it rightly should, be recognized by the world. There are releases to be expected to the frontiers of the current Icelandic black metal scene, such as
Svartidauði and
Sinmara, as well as the vinyl LP release of
Carpe Noctem‘s In Terra Profugus, and there are new bands rising such as
Naðra,
Mannveira and
Misþyrming. There are idealists all around and people with ideas everywhere.
Sadly,
Svartidauði‘s and
Sinmara‘s releases that were expected last Walpurchis Nacht had to be delayed, for their reasons but until then you can enjoy this offering from
Svartidauði, "Venus Illegitima", from their upcoming 12“ MLP,
